Open call design competition entry | A time telling concept designed for Mr. Jones Watches | 2025

Founded in London, Mr. jones Watches make statement watches that tell a story, start a conversation or simply make you smile. The company is built on the value that 'Today, everyone checks their mobile phones to see the time, liberating watches from being a purely functional object, meaning we can be a bit more playful with it!'

After lots of brand analysis I came up with the following concept titled: 'Uselessly counting sheep' My Design is based on the pastime of counting sheep to fall asleep. I wanted to think about the different ways that humans measure the passing of time and my inspiration came from my personal experience of using this mental technique.
